Well, hello everyone. It's Melissa and it's so good to have you here at the Storytellers My Movie Makers where we're taking the science to the art form of storytelling for business purposes. So I want to talk about something that's really important as a leader.

I'm very committed to working with heart-led leaders, those that are seeing the big picture, loving the humans that they are helping and connecting with, and always present when they're working on any project, versus an ego-led, where it's all about me and look at me on stage and I've got my microphone and no, don't take my microphone away. Those I tend to seize more ego-led. And I think the audience sees the difference between the two.
